I have absolutely no idea about the capabilities of GCHQ, but knowing what I know about surveillance Id be very surprised if anyone went to the expense of spending the kind of money it costs to put out a team for everyone who googles isis.

I'm pretty sure they'll cross reference, and have crossed you off for the volumes of porn you watch. You should be okay when identified as a fellow infidel.

IS are famous for their fondness of porn, messing up GCHQ's risk assessment algorithms with some browsing of archaeology sites and gardening might put them off the scent.

So what you're saying is @kilbowie2002 is fucked?

If he spends much time on the junior forums they may well get too culture shocked to follow it up. Jihadi sites would be mild in comparison, like Tolkien fan sites.

GCHQ's computers will explode in never ending loops of incomprehension if kilbowie2002 leads them to the junior forums. Sleeper agent par exellence.

I think Andrew Neil is a fantastic interviewer who gets stuck into whoever is put in front of him.
However as a high profile BBC employee I'm not sure how he gets away with his bias on independence on Twitter. Constantly retweeting negative stuff and never anything positive. What happened to balance.

I'd guess because in his bio he'll have the "all opinions my own" caveat. I've no idea mind, as I don't follow him - he's a fucking helmet.

Not everyone has to agree with Independence. Some people actually the the Union is the best option for Scotland....like the majority of Scottish people, for example!

Wow! I've rattled you obviously. Trawling back to a post from 2 months ago! ????

I will bite though. My post was specifically about a BBC employee. The BBC are supposed to be neutral in such matters. Andrew Neil can disagree with independence all he wants (as can anyone else) but as a BBC employee he should at least try and look impartial imo.

That is a massive problem.  How many 60+ people in Tesco, on the bus etc do you see with a copy of the Daily Mail?  And that may well be their only source of news.

That's scary.

They read the daily mail because they have those views.
