Hippo gave the Morton RB a torid time at Cappielow so much so the ref felt sorry for him.

McDonagh played RB Because our regular right back was injured and did indeed have problems with Hippolyte.  Duffy saw what was happening and hooked McDonagh because he was getting a hard time and had been booked.  He was in danger of being sent off!  He put midfielder Andy Murdoch at RB and brought Luke Donnelly which changed the game. Hippolyte was snuffed out and for the last half an hour Morton were by far the likelier team to go on and win the game.

There should be no such problems this time as Doyle (our regular RB) is fit again but we will have decisions upfront with Gary Oliver being fit again also.

To be fair the player playing at RB that day was signed this season as a striker. He's had 3/4 good games at right back but I don't think he'll be there again this season thankfully. Michael Doyle should do fine.

Kerr and Taiwo will deffo play in middle together. Sibbs and Aird on the wings and Austin up top. Get the pace of Hippolyte in there too. Their big defenders aren't quick and for me that's the way to beat them.

Defence to stay the same.

What makes you say that? Pace in our defence isn't an issue at all.

If we hadn't scored after he ripped Hippos shirt off you would've been down to 10

The ref earlier let Falkirk off the hook when they should've been 2 down so swings and lampposts and that.

We both had a goal chopped off.

With ours I admire the way the officials seen the handball but missed Austin getting wrestled as he tried to get to it in the 1st place.

We've 2 decisions to feel bitter over. You guys have 1.

Basically the ref was crap.

it wasnt a foul for the free kick that lead to the first goal, so its 3 major decisions we got fecked on.

The ref standard has been terrible, I cant remember when Ive came away from a game thinking the ref had a good game, tho usually they have been just as bad for both teams

Can't agree with the first bit. It was a poor, late tackle that also got a booking iirc. Other that that aye he got booed off by everyone he was so bad.

Morton having a go at other peoples away support  they don't do irony in Greenock do they?

So one Morton fan points out a poor away support on here but that means all of us are having a go?
