Bold Rover
Anyone else watching this? If so, do you know: where is that mews lane where the heroine architect woman lives?

Boghead ranter
Watched parts 1 & 2 last night. It's good, primarily because they could have stretched the content out to 6 episodes, but stuck them into 3, so the story moves on without too much pointless filler. alta-pete
Anyone else watching this? If so, do you know: where is that mews lane where the heroine architect woman lives? Park Circus, Glasgow. Big townhouses on the Circus, Mews Houses at the rear.
alta-pete
Paula Reece/Vicky McClure (the replacement) is a nailed on 'wid' too. One of those ones that is so unhinged that the she'd take a fair bit of holding down.

alta-pete
Is that where the SFA used to have their offices, yeah? Not quite. Think they were at Park Gardens, just down the hill. It is all however known as The Park Area. Sits between the city centre and West End proper.

I lived in Park Circus in my student days. Didn't recognise.
alta-pete
Think there was a halls there that looked out west across kelvingrove park? Burnt down I think about 10-15 years ago?
Bold Rover
Maclay Halls, on the outer ring, faced over the park. I stayed at Kelvin Lodge, actually in the Circus.

A few doors east, nearer Park St South, there used to be a cracking wee breakfast roll shop which closed about 15 years ago. It appears to be a lot more upmarket now compared to when I frequented the area when there were only a handful of the old garages converted for living. Apparently they were originally stables for the well off families who lived in the big houses facing Kelvingrove Park and round to Woodlands Road. Boghead ranter
The little girl's dead, isn't she? The 'daughter' we've seen is just a loaner from somewhere.
eddiemunster
The Scottish one's husband is pulling the strings here I reckon, he's pumped the spooky one back in the day when she was mental and now he's sending his current Mrs mental to cover his tracks. Bold Rover
As many of these dramas do, after an intriguing opening it degenerated into a pile of nonsense.
