We're in good form, opposition managers are saying nice things about us and expectation is rising. We're up against a team in awful form and who have no goalie at the time of typing. They also have players who like scoring against us and another we binned earlier in the season.

Yup, all the makings of a classic St Mirrening (if that's a thing which it probably isn't).

Even game - Raith knew exactly how we were going to play and defended well. Raith got ahead and Billy obviously thought Hardie was still our player and threw the ball direct to him. Only chance is the play offs now, slim chance at that.

I hate football.

Absolute disaster of a result that, not surprising though.

Wasn't at the game but can't really excuse losing to a team who hadn't won since October playing with a keeper who just met his team mates for the first time today.

That will be any lingering hopes of catching 8th gone then.

Yeah whilst we are playing some damn fine football just now there is a nervous edge to this game.

Really need all 3 points from a team in apparent freefall. A draw it is then.

I think both teams will score, but Saints current momentum should be enough to get us the points.  The bubble won't burst just yet.
