The WCCW one maybe the best one WWE put out, though it's pretty depressing. Spoiler: almost everyone in it died young.

The Scott Hall WWE one was good, but it's more about alcoholism than wrestling.

The WWE 24 efforts have all been very good.  Strips back a lot of the stuff around the company, makes the footage seem a lot more real.  Really liked the Seth Rollins one, and the two WM ones are good watches.  Not sure I could watch the Daniel Bryan ones without greeting though.
