When was the last time a Scottish team started a match without a goalkeeper? Clyde started with centre half Ian Spittal in goals against Alloa in November 1998. Regular keeper Davie Wylie and his backup Gordon McIntyre were both stuck in a traffic jam and wouldn't have made kickoff.
