Donza1717
St pats on paper from where I'm from have always been up there as one the most respected and successful clubs actually looking forward to taking this match in now at the weekend as I mentioned earlier fully expecting Bridgwater to blow The cheats away partuicullar with one of Gourocks experienced players managing the team
pleslie99
Is that down to decent draw, luck or being a decent team? It doesn't matter, they still got there, the fact they done it twice in recent years kinda says it's not luck!
xnxx
OK not luck then but where has it went wrong for them, see they got put out the Scottish by Letham last year and out early this year
the_joker
Bit of a shame if they contacted the SAFA as soon as they found out but thats the rules I suppose. Also a shame the management have decided to leave as they've had a few decent results this season.
Hughheffner69
So who is Gourock new manager then ?? Shame when they were going well in that league and favourites for promotion
Donza1717
Believe one/two of the older players will be in charge of Gourock for the match v bridgewater
Ghoulo
Your face will be a site tomorrow Donza when the Gourock manager turns up and you have been saying for days now he's left the club. unless you've either been fishing, stirring the pot or trying to unsettle them. Or all 3 perhaps! You still going to watch?
Donza1717
Yeah I'll be in attendance although on your previous points I'm doing none of the above despite what you think .And to reiterate what i have previously says I beleive Gourock AFC won't have a manager in place for the match v Bridgwater. Any predictions guys (as it is a forum ) Bridgewater 4 Gourock
Ghoulo
Can't see past Gourock .. 2-
GoalsGoalsGoals
Just seen that Bridgewater beat Gourock 4-1 today right enough. Hope you putting the lottery on tonight Donza!!! Wonder if the Gourock manager was there? Not a good couple of weeks for Gourock eh?
juniorlegend
Gourock manager was at the game. 4-1 Bridgewater. 1-0 Gourock then second half Bridgewater steamrolled them. Great game to watch. Bridgewater deserved winners.
GoalsGoalsGoals
All talk about the manager then! Wish I had ventured out to watch it! Bridgewater a decent side then? Not an easy task steamrolling a team like Gourock!
juniorlegend
All talk is correct. From a neutral views Bridgewater were the better side. Second half they outfought , outworked gourock. When it went 1-1 Gourock collapsed.
Donza1717
Hi folks ,missed first 5minutes today and felt Gourock where the much better side for just under an hour and then lost total control of the game. Not much between the sides although Bridgewater looked the hungrier .All to play for after now I suppose
juniorlegend
First hour[emoji57]. You on drugs. Second half Bridgewater battered them. Gourock better team first half. A lot of set pieces but didn't test keeper.
bridgewaterboy
Feel the best team won on the day, all the best to everyone involved at gourock should be a good end to the season
GoalsGoalsGoals
Some effort from Bridgewater to bang 4 in during second half! Showing they can compete in the central after a short spell in the SAFL.
GoalsGoalsGoals
Do you think a team like Bridgewater could compete in the premier tho? The likes of Gourock, Haldane and Stirling finding a tough gig!
Kitman19
From what I heard gourock look very timid for the first time this season in the second half! Second best to every ball and didn't bully them like they have other teams! All credit to bridgewater they dug in and got the result! We will see how they fare but they have proved all the doubters wrong so far this season! Good luck to them!
Donza1717
That was my opinion on what I witnessed yest although must admit b/water finished very very strong and quick on the break. The standard of the overall game yest was higher than I have seen in a lot of junior games this season and seasons passed.Checked the current league table and it looks very interesting .Would be good to see who still has to play who .
