The fact is that they are.I can't see the council agreeing to allow us to rent only one stand but having the option to use the others when required.No harm in asking though. In a smaller ground we would generate the same amount of cash from gate receipts as now. So not sure what difference the empty seats make, apart from the match atmosphere factor. As stated elsewhere the rent is now at a more manageable level and certainly not more than paying a mortgage plus up keep costs on our own place.
