Clyde v Montrose

Recommended Posts

There's little snow left on the ground although freezing temperatures overnight/now. One problem area in the pitch may be an issue like last time if any snow has fallen on it and froze because it ain't thawing without help.

Well as cumbernauld barely gets above freezing in July it certainly won't thaw on its own
Would think we would be quite happy for a postponement give them some more time to "call in favours " and with the weather and present form you might be struggling to break 400 attendance

A midweek game would also mean less chance of hordes of Montrose supporters heading up the M74.

Still likely to be match on do you reckon?

Keep an eye on our official site

But they are not planning a pitch inspection unless there is a real change in the weather

So better look out the artic survival gear

Ice axe at the ready, shovel and general survival gear in the car - well me scarf at any rate. Fingers crossed.

Just noticed out supporters team are playing Alloa at Recy Park. Hopefully an indication that our "all weather" surface will come up trumps. Nae doubt the council haven't gritted the car park or something...
In saying that, I really don't know if I can be arsed sitting out in the cold watching Barry's "magic".

Ditto :)

Complaining about the temperatures at Broadwood is ridiculous the place is not any colder than the siberian tundra

Anyway have attached the huskies to the sledge in case the perma frost at Broadwood passes the pitch inspection
