Labour in Aberdeen spent council funds on a piece of propaganda - https://www.eveningexpress.co.uk/fp/news/local/legacy-report-criticised-for-failing-to-include-failures/

Thankfully someone has provided a report that looks at all the terrible decisions Labour have made and you'll laugh at the incredible ineptitude of a certain Willie Young.

Be Voting SNP, nothing else.

Just hope Alexander Stewart decides to step down and not collect 2 wages (c**t), and Willie Wilson gets booted on his arse (p***k)

Tories to make gains in the SNP heartlands, SNP to clean up throughout the rest of Scotland especially Glasgow and the central belt, Greens to do alright and gain a few, Labour humped, and the Libs to stay about the same.

Greens 1st vote, SNP 2nd and 3rd then Socialists if they're on the paper.

Edinburgh needs better public transport and cycling facilities. Labour and LibDems have done SFA in decades - tram farce and PFI schools in particular.

Would vote for a socialist option if I didn't feel they're SWP apologists or Tommy cultists.

Well done to Tim Farron for reminding me to register to vote just in time.

Calls out the SNP as extremists on the back of Frank Ross calling the Unionists up here branch offices; calls out Ruth Davidson for not having the clout to take on May over the rape clause. Aye no shit she doesn't.

Look forward to voting for the extremists next month.

Is it better to vote for the regionalist (at the lowest number on your ballot paper) than to ignore them completely?

I think so. Made me think that this voting system could help some independent candidates. As long as they survive the first round of votes, they'll pick up quite a few third or fourth preference votes from all sides of the spectrum.

Interesting. I don't pretend to understand this system of counting at all, but I'd been worried that lots of people giving votes (even distant, last-place votes) to the likes of the Tories and Labour would potentially help them down the line (and certainly allow them to crow about their vote share).
