Unsmoked is preferable but far more important it's not overdone, crispy bacon is a waste, probably liked by the heathens who don't enjoy a runny yolk.

Crispy bacon's only place is in a BLT sandwich, properly cooked bacon is revolting cold.

True. However always feel cheated by a blt tho, I know it's cold and crispy, it's obvious, but knowing that I'm eating bacon but not getting the same satisfaction leaves me feeling hollow.

Probably why re-covering junkies go back to heroin despite being given methadone.

Unsmoked. And barely cooked. It can't be crispy at all. Unsmoked whiplash bacon, where bits of it spring back and slap you on the chin. Perfect.

I have never been less aroused by a lady on the internet.

If you can ruin a steak by overcooking it, why can't the same be said for bacon?

Because it's a different meat.

I'm going for a quiet sit down. I'm upset.
