£18m to host it, with that cost rising by 5% each year, and they generally lose money on the event.

Not exactly a surprise that they want to break it. Given that it's already cheaper for British people to go to GPs abroad, they can't even try to increase the prices.

Surely Bottas and they are just ironing out the details. Williams wouldn't want to upset their engine supplier while Hamilton wouldn't want a Vettel or RB driver showing him up as a partner.

Ross brawn is the new managing director

Heard both him and Chase Carey on SSN earlier, both talking about trying to enable the smaller teams to be more competitive. Don't think that many tears are being shed in the paddock about Bernie's departure.
