A great character, I mind reading/hearing somewhere that playing being drunk is one of the hardest 'actory' things to do (think James Doohan on Star Trek) and he was brilliant at it. Not sure how the Trailer Park Boys can go without Jim Lahey.

Nobody will have Iain Shedden, the music writer for the Australian who run out of ink at 60. Thought he deserved a mention here as he was from Wishaw and the drummer for late 70’s punk band, The Jolt. He also became a drummer for The Saints. He was a Motherwell supporter and a no bad writer. http://www.theaustralian.com.au/arts/iain-shedden-music-writer-drummer-dies-at-60/news-story/6013170b48c4f8ac5cf7fa3cdd204907

Not a pun, but on that note, I read that another very hard actory thing to do is "just walk/run in a straight line".

It also amazes me that press conferences in movies are always just awful.
