Any extra revenue made from switching venue should be given to grassroots projects or held by the SFA and only given back to club if they can prove it's for ground improvements.

Don't understand how a ground can be fit for league games but not cup games.

Due to the demand to watch this game , rovers home games in the league attract  a couple of hundred fans , this game will attract thousands . Celtic have thousands of fans wanting to go to this game , The wee ground could not cope with the demand . simple  really .

That not the case when Celtic or Rangers draw any lower league team though?
