I don't know the full story about this case but this seems like the right thing to do.  

In what way?  They still havent admitted anything or taken accountability.  Like saying Michael Jackson settling out of court was the right thing to do. 

The club has not admitted liability and is yet to comment

I doubt anyone at Parkhead thinks that Celtic Football Club didn't have any responsibility over what happened at and between them and Celtic Boys Club.
