Statistics are a bit incomplete on this subject, but there have been a few studies attempted. All show that in absolute numbers black officers are more likely to kill suspects. It makes sense from a common sense perspective as well. Black officers are on average not as qualified upon hiring due to affirmative action hiring programs in most major city police forces. They will also have on average grown up in a culture that promotes violent behavior compared to the upbringing of most non-blacks in America.

I gotta agree with you here bud, its such a pointless thing. I totally agree with Kaepernick's(sp?) stance and his protest, when you have people being gunned down by trigger happy cops then being placed on paid leave for a few weeks for what is basically fucking murder, something is seriously wrong. Trump is totally wrong here, kaepernick and the rest of the NFL players standing against such a thing have the freedom to do this. He should be focusing on the destruction caused in the past few weeks by that fucking tornado and those Hurricanes. Really starting to lose my patience with the guy when he focuses on the most trivial shit like trying to get that travel ban implemented or this flag bullshit. 

Regarding the John Kelly shit, that was when Trumps communication lassie deliberately omitted a large section in the middle of the quote she was saying that would show that he believes people have the right to expression, be it good or bad?

No it doesn't. I posted the most charitable possible explanation. Part of the reason we have so much trouble compiling statistics on police shootings is that there's incomplete information. But all the information we do have points towards black officers being more likely to use deadly force. There's zero evidence that points the other way.
