TFW
On Sunday, November 13th at the social club at Beechwood Park. Kick off is at 10.30am and it runs until 1pm. Admission is free, bar facilities available from mid day. As well as the usual stallholders, who will have a great array of stuff with them - as previous atttendees can attest to - I'll have our club shop open in the ground. We now have well in excess of 10,000 plus programmes, scarves, 200 plus enamel badges, pennants,a veritable library of football books. In our current season programmes we have a great selection of the non league sides involved in this year's Scottish Cup, and our modern Scottish Cup issues involving Scottish non league sides is second to none with some 200 different programmes since the competition altered in 2007-08. There will be something for everyone. If you want to come along and buy anything you're most welcome. If you have anything to sell I'm sure you'll be offered a price by at least one of the stallholders, and even if you just want to come along and see what it's all about please do so. If there are any other Junior clubs in the region who think they might like to have one at their ground, please don't hesitate to get in touch - it's a good money raiser - and we'll do the work for you. TFW
A great day had by all on Sunday, with increased attendance with folk from Paisley, Glasgow, Embra and Tayport there. Hope to have something similar at Ardeer before the end of the season and there's an offer from Whitehill Welfare to maybe hold one there as well. Each hosting club benefits from the stall rentals so nothing to lose and folk get a chance to purchase some decent stuff, as was done on Sunday.
