SOSL social media seems to think so - several clubs congratulating Edusport on promotion, good luck in LL, etc. and Edusport effectively thanking SOSL for having had them. It's a pretty shite way of looking at it but it's true.From any sporting perspective you want the players to be playing at their level. If Edusport have proved themselves as better than the other SoS sides they deserve promotion. We need certain off-field criteria to be met but it's pretty difficult to put down clubs for lack of fans. The criticisms on that just seem like an extension of the 'Hamilton shouldn't be in the premiership, look at their crowds' argument. I'd hate for a 'traditional ' team to be relegated for lack of crowds, therefore we must give Edusport the same benefit.The moving about I have some sympathy on. I think licensing could have some criteria against that, something along the lines of 'any change of a clubs location of greater than 5/10 miles must be for a maximum of 2 years'I believe the fa have some rule along those lines to prevent another m.k dons Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There is a lack of effort on building a fan base by establishing themselves instead of moving from Hamilton to Annan and their under 20s playing in Edinburgh. If they stayed in one place long term they may actually pick up a supporter base eventually, but the way its set up I doubt if it matters. However as you mention I doubt that treasurers at LL sides will be celebrating their arrival certainly won't make much off the gate from their away support. Updated today with as expected no mention of LTHV - only changes are renewed licences for all Premiership sides (with Hearts now back up to Bronze rather than Entry due to the time passed since admin) and Turriff. Toilet blocks have been added and, from what I've heard, plans are being drawn up for a new stand with the plans of applying for planning permission soon...
