ICTChris
I saw a video of him shared on twitter but it was him playing in an Under 14s game I think. Was he any good in the Under 20s game?

RandomGuy.
I'm fairly sure its against the laws of the game to play a 13 year old in that age category, not that the SFA will have the guts to actually enforce it. There certainly used to be a rule that you had to be aged within two or three years of the other players until you reached 16.
The_Craig
Hopefully he would pick to play for Scotland but he would be eligible to play for Ivory Coast, where his parents are from. But even as a 13 year old, he's some player.

Meth Damon
Shouldn't be legal to report on anyone under 16 like this, anyone joining in with the hype is at fault as well, 13 years old ffs

7-2
Has any young player that's been called a 'wonderkid' actually made it in the senior game?

Blootoon87
Bojan? I seem to remember quite a fuss around him when he was in Barcelona's youth teams. I suppose it's up to people's own interpretation whether playing for Stoke has 'made it'.

More seem to "fail" than succeed, by some definitions. The likes of Joao Moutinho and Javier Saviola were tipped as wonderkids from a very young age, and despite having stellar careers, arguably never live up to their hype. Football Managers correctly identified the likes of Vincent Kompany, Lionel Messi, Neymar, Robert Lewandowski, Toni Kroos and Gareth Bale as players who'd become top players in Europe years before they reached that level, if that counts? Lewandowskis my favourite though, as they had him identified as having one of the highest potentials of any young striker in the game when he was playing in the Polish Third Division
