William Hill advert

I know adverts are required for keeping the site running, and I don't mind most of them, but this one is annoying as it fills up the side of the screen and causes the site (for me anyway) to drag. This is what I'm talking about;

I would raise a support ticket but every time I click on 'Support' I get the screen below and it won't allow me to click on 'New request';
