The Grass Is Greener.
Getting pumped from Ukraine, only watched the 2nd half but we've been piss poor. Two terrible goals to lose.

tintax
Not been paying any attention to the U21's but what the hell is going on? Dunno what the line up was today but against Macedonia Sbragia had 3 epl players to call upon. Gotta wonder how ge got the gig
HuttonDressedAsLahm
That Ukraine team has been woeful in qualification. Something is fundamentally wrong with this u21 team - one suspects it must be the manager.
The Grass Is Greener.
He changed the team big time from the last match, looks like he doesn't know his best team. Or just gave others a game because we are out. We were so bad at the back though through basic mistakes that even he can't be blamed for.
HibeeJibee
Sbragia in the paper today saying they were going out there to win. Pumped 4-0. Now a good chance we'll finish 5th from 6. Incidentally whoever from SFA negotiated the U21 fixtures should also be answering some questions... If they'd actually been in contention they were finishing with 3 consecutive away games and the concluding game (Macedonia v Scotland) was arranged 3 days before the others (Iceland v Ukraine and Northern Ireland v France). If things had not gone horribly wrong, then that would clearly have been an extra challenge.

Did you ever see his interview about becoming Sunderland manager? Says he never wanted the job and wanted to resign every day. What sort of manager gets handed an EPL gig and tries to turn it down? This is the attitude that continues to hold us back. We go up against sides like Georgia and say that they're diddies, and we should be winning easily, when they've proved that technically speaking they are better than us. Macedonia did exactly what Georgia did - got ahead and then organised themselves well enough to stop us getting back into it. Georgia did it far better admittedly, because even as Macedonia began to dismantle later on, we still couldn't get back in it.
