Gaz FFC
I'm looking for advice chaps. My current TV set-up is freeview through my sky box. Now TV and if I want to watch football on Sky or BT I either use mobdro or my dad's virgin anywhere. I'm looking to purchase 1 of these new Now TV smart boxes but I understand you need to plug your house aerial into it. I ripped mine off the house 6 years ago as it was dangling just above my back door and looked like if it came down it would do a lot of damage. Can i wire the the now TV box to my sky box to receive the freeview signal? I really don't want to get a new aerial installed, mainly due to unsightly cables. itzdrk
Not sure on your actual question but if it's a no you can get an indoor aerial for a fiver which isn't all cables and installing.
Waspy
To watch the freeview channels you need an aerial. But as Itzdrk says you can pick up an indoor aerial quite cheap.
