The only issue is that I'm quite sure the first defender's intention was not for the second defender to chest it back to the goalkeeper. That's also fine. Means there’s a bit of a grey area in that law then, there might not be an awful lot to be gained for the defending team apart from time-wasting but teeing it up for a teammate to head/chest/knee/shin it back to the goalkeeper could be disguised as a lobbed pass such as the one we’ve been talking about.
