So what teams do people on here like to follow.

I know Kris likes Parma and everyone hates Juventus

My family are all from Bari but the only one in Italy that we kept in real contact with was my aunt in Rome so Roma became my team.

Only managed to see them once (1-1 V Barcelona 2 years ago) , having had to cancel a visit to a game V Reggina in 2008 as it clashed with our trip to Pompei. Also went to a Bari game in 2014 when I went out there to visit some estranged cousins and a senile great aunt.

Obviously hate Juventus cos Juventus. Lazio cos Lazio and AC Milan because my socialist aunt's hatred of Berlusconi was infectious!

8 goals and 41 shots in the Pescara game, looks like they'll be plenty of fun again this year.

First three games: 5-1, 4-2 and a 3-3 tonight with Frosinone, after they had lead 3-0 at HT. Across their 5 games in league and cup this season, their matches are averaging 6 goals a game. Zeman is some boy.

Two teams. Napoli and Celano - although I know that you know my love of Celano.

Napoli - don't know why or when but it was definitely before they went bust and ended up in Serie C back in 2004...I think. I think it might have been back in 1998 that I started following them.

Celano - Football Manager career, took them to Champions League glory twice in FM10 or FM11. They won 5-1 away at Mutignano last Saturday in case you wondered. Not bad for a team that only had 3 players about a month ago. I will make it out to a game one of these days.

If I had to choose between the two, it would be Celano. I once signed Roberto Carlos for Napoli in FM and got sacked 3 days later. c***s.

seems curious to call a game off 24 before kick off because of the threat of bad weather - probably just unusal to have forward-thinking football authorities making these decisions for once, though, as opposed to the set of arseholes in charge in the UK; was certainly pissing down in Turin for Juve's stroll against Chievo - Dyballa looks every bit as good as Messi sometimes, such a great touch.

Weather notwithstanding, awful lot of empty seats to be seen in a relatively small stadium - curva sud full enough too, so not down to some moody ultra protest...

oh - and as for the Hellas Verona affiliation - that goes back to the 1970's and the same Subbuteo set up that lead me to follow Meadowbank Thistle until their demise; I'd play out the (no doubt ultimately prescient) European Super League - with Doncaster Rovers facing off against all manner of fine ensembles, but not always the "proper" champions of various competing countries - representation tended to be decided more on whether or not I had a full team in a fairly accurate kit; my mate supported West Brom, for instance, so we had a blue and white striped team (1FC Magdeburg were therefore the East German side rather than Dynamo Dresden or Lokomotive Leipzig - along with Porto and Deportive La Coruna making the grade on the same basis) and the Baggies' green and yellow change kit meant that there was no place for Ajax or Feyenoord - it was Den Haag who were in from the Netherlands ! We were a bit stuffed when it came to Italy; I did have black and red stripes, but that was reserved for Andover (who my dad used to play for) so there was no room for AC Milan, and there was nothing close to Inter or Juve; Torino and/or Roma nearly made it due to a maroon kit with two white chest bands (Pembury Primary School - who I played for !) but - as luck would have it - I also had some Subbuteo rugby teams, one of which was obviously Doncaster; now, they played in blue shirts with a deep white and gold "v" on the front, and with the colours being shown to be correct as per the most recent copy of Rothmans or the NoW annual - whatever passed for the point of reference at the time - and the "v" easily being taken to stand for Verona (no google image search to check the veracity of such claims back then !) it was deemed that Hellas Verona would take part. They promptly pissed the league, finishing way ahead of Rovers, West Brom, Bastia (representing France as it sounded a bit like "båstard"), Glentoran (no idea how they were involved), AIK Stockholm (the All Black rugby team) and other luminaries of the game - and a life-long love was born !

excellent - found a live stream (without commentary) of Catania v Lecce - top qualtiy Serie C action !

Sicilians winning 1-0, and the Ghetto Catanese on the Curva Nord singing something based on Give It Up by K C & The Sunshine Band

sloped off for quick spot of dinner, back to see Catania slot home their third without reply....

Serie C could still end up with 58 teams. Vibonese have been provisionally saved from relegation and placed back into Serie C/C subject to approval by Lega Pro.

Seriously fucking odd.

Roads around the stadium in Genoa were totally flooded as well so think they just wanted it called off before football traffic rolled round

I don't really support anyone properly but I've always liked Roma, largely because of Totti tbh, so when they are playing like to see them win. Certainly wouldn't go anywhere near calling myself a fan through.

I follow Chievo.

Fell in love with their story and rise to the top, part of my family came from Alano di Piave which is not far from Verona so thought keeping it North was a good idea. Since then I have met people from Verona who are Chievo fans, a good friend of mine is part of their Gate 7 supporter group. So enjoy that connection as well.
