As we are all scrambling to find distant relatives from Wales so we can ride on their Euro rollercoaster  I think it's only fitting that we honour our Celtic cousins by declaring what we like about them....

1. Manic Street Preachers- One of the best UK bands ever.

2. Rugby in the 70s- Too young to remember it but the footage is superb,

3.Katherine Jenkins- wid

4.One of the best scenes from Blackadder III-

5.Richard Burton- Great actor and some lad.

Over to you all . "I imagine the phrase Brexit voting wanks will be used more than any other in this thread" but hey-ho

Their greatest gift to the world is cheese on toast. They call it rarebit as it's a rare bit of culinary invention, now appreciated across the civilised world.

As long as they haven't called it roasted cheese I'll let them claim it as an invention.

(1) The people - friendly as f**k and down to Earth.

(2) North Wales coast - stunning scenery and great childhood memories going there on holiday.

(3) My Welsh friend Steph - best bangers I've ever seen (this should probably be number one)

(4) Ryan Green - top top man. Hereford legend.

(5) The Oppressed - One of my fave bands - Carrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrdiff's finest.

Assuming Steph is a woman, and assuming "bangers" is slang for breasts, I think you know the drill...

Quite like Mark Williams the snooker player.

Other than that, I don't think Wales has any redeeming qualities.

It's not England.
