HoBNob
A two tiered stadium with the lower tier holding 30k would be decent. Hampdon is gash.
forameus
The stadium that hosted Wales v Russia last night in Toulouse would be perfect in Scotland for an alternative to Hampden. Holds about 30k and looked decent and the fans weren't 4 days from the pitch. Something that holds 30k wouldn't be perfect for us as it's likely not to be able to fit everyone that wants to go. Isn't the number of members in the 30k+ region right now? If, praise be, we actually start to do something then that's only going to increase. Ideally, like Grant says, we have a stadium with a lower tier that can be packed out for friendlies, and then a top tier that can hold...some more. No point in building a Wembley-esque 90k monstrosity, Hampden's size is probably about right for us, it's just the other negatives that drag it down. But I doubt they're ever going to think about building a new one any time soon.
RandomGuy.
Our national stadium should be a 60k version of Tynecastle, with a 30k stadium used for Semi Finals and friendlies against dross nations.
