Lives just a few miles away from Auchinleck. The fans love him. Has the ability to turn defenders on a tanner, and gets lots of goals like that - and also wins lots of free kicks on the edge of the box as well. Got a good couple of guys to work with up front and it's not just scoring but assists as well. In the recent Junior Cup tie at our local rivals Cumnock he made three and scored a belter. Hoping for more of the same tomorrow against Pollok in the Junior Cup.

Hmm, sounds a bit underwhelming tbh. Feel free to send back to the Shire on loan for a bit to see if he rediscovers last year's form ;)

Jamie Glasgow missed the start of today's game because of a tweak to his mamstring, albeit it he was on the bench. He came on with 5 minutes to go, touched the ball twice and both times it ended up in the back of the net. Guy's phenomenal.

Leaves East Kilbride needing 10 from 15, BSC 17 from 21 and Spartans 19 from 27 to definitely have more points. Not a fatal blow but anything less than 100% points from here on probably wouldn't do it now and even 68 would be no sure thing.
That was the final nail in the coffin today. Second week in a row where Brisbane misses a sitter and the opponents run up the park and score. Credit to Hawick for grinding out a result, the woodwork kept them in it in the first half though.

Season's over now. Bring on the LLC.

Got to agree, we could maybe finish 3rd at best but there's no way all three teams above us will drop the necessary points, and if we play like that much more we won't be getting many points ourselves. Very poor performance today.

Fair play to Hawick though, they certainly didn't look like a team that's in their current position. Deserved it more than we did and probably could feel a bit aggrieved not have won

EK still have to play Cumbernauld Colts and BSC Glasgow, and Spartans still have to play the Shire twice and appear to be relying on a lot of last minute winners at the moment, so think all three teams realistically could drop the necessary points. If EK beat Cumbernauld Colts away from home on Saturday, they will have to bottle it in a big way to not finish above the Shire, so think it will be a lot clearer a week from now whether it's really time to throw in the towel.

Best second half performance I have seen from the shire in a long time, also would be interested to know if the crowd was above 50.

I know someone who was at their last Friday night game and he counted 26 including 4 groundhoppers!

I counted 68 and at least half the crowd were Shire fans. Great away support for an away game at Annan on  Friday night and great noise as well

It was  fabby 2nd  half effort by the team. Virtually blow Edusport away at times.
