The ball is poised exactly on the line but the defenders foot is not yet in contact with it. Both ball and leg are both still in motion, so draw your own conclusions from that. YAFC Posted October 1, 2016 Share Posted October 1, 2016 The ref seen the still, suggested it might be over, the lino in question said no chance, the other lino adamant it was in. As mentioned previously the defender hadn't made contact yet so it still had further time to clear the line. Goal all day but not to be.
