Time for Rigo v Lomachenko? At work so timing my break for the ringwalks.


Reckon it’ll likely be on in about an hour. The fighter’s entrance is just below our seats (which are really good), and Terence Crawford is just above them.

Boy that Stevenson was fighting wasn’t up to much, but he looked really crisp, especially with his body work. Non-televised undercard was decent enough earlier too.

De Gale embarrassed himself last night. An absolute shitshow of a performance, he threw about 5 meaningful punches and gave up his title without even a whimper.


I wasn't overly surprised he lost. Thought he looked in decline against Jack.

How did he embarrass himself? He went in and stood toe to toe against a decent boxer for 12 rounds, never hid and gave it his best on the night.

 

Embarrassing yourself is quitting. Anyone that goes in deserves respect.

Totally agree right enough, my auld uncle took a few poundings in his career but his heart was never questioned, I can't imagine what it's like to get up off your stool 12 or 15 times when you're getting nowhere and someone's trying to batter your brains in.
