kiddy
Would say that's the clearest round yet, Burnett.
kiddy
So close some of these rounds.
J_Stewart
Think I've got Burnett winning by two. Really fun stuff, just didn't let up at any point. Interested to see how the judges have it, think Andy Lee's card is wide, although he's readily admitted he's biased in fairness. Great entertainment.
kiddy
Can't see anything other than a Burnett win. Cleaner work any time at distance, but close up it was so tight.
kiddy
Not surprised, following the previous fight, some of those scorecards were a joke.
J_Stewart
That first two cards are fucking farcical. No disagreement with the result at all, but to barely give Zhakiyanov a round is absurd. Another sour taste during the announcing of a decision in the U.K.
JMDP
Agreed. Thought Burnett by a couple but those cards were dreadful. When people bang on about Germany for cards, it's a reminder that judges here are the worst for this kind of thing. -
kiddy
Watched bit of the boxnation card. Thought Nurse got involved in a fight he didn't need. Usually a fairly slick boxer, he found himself outfought & missed the chance of a Lonsdale belt for keeps. Warrington eventually wore his Danish opponent down, but don't think he's got the class to troble Selby.
J_Stewart
Genuinely think Warrington would be one of the easiest nights of Selby's career. His style plays right in to Selby's hands, and I think he'd pick him off at will after three rounds.
JMDP
Agreed on Warrington, Selby just far too slick. Thought Barrett on the undercard was excellent and the Lyon Woodstock fight was a belter. -
NorthernJambo
Finally watched everything this morning. Enjoyed the Burnett fight. Thought he’d just stick to picking off ZZ and keeping out of trouble, was more than happy to trade and won most the exchanges. Warrington was good, his fitness is unreal. Not sure how good the Danish lad was really and not like Warrington to stop folk. Nurse really never used his size advantage in the fight. Particularly once you here Cattaral had been struggling to make weight. Jab and move, make him really work to get inside. Gassiev fight was pointless but two lovely shots to finish it.
NorthernJambo
As for Warrington Selby. I agree that I think Selby outclasses him. To play devils advocate, selby fights at his own pace...could Warrington’s relentless work rate trouble and frustrate him?
Rob1885
AJ card falling to bits. Dave Allen no longer fighting Lenroy Thomas, Frank Buglioni no longer fighting Calum Johnson. Still buying it though, save me from getting rat arsed and spunking 3 figs up the wall at the pub.

I can see it happening in the Spring time, would be one I'd certainly consider going down for.

Utter joke.
