Heard a few rumours in the last week that McCall is trying to get him on a free after his contract expires but think that's a bit of a long shot... Accept I might be wrong. Don't think any player can really be fairly judged on their time with St Mirren recently! If we made him an offer he would pretty much have no competition whatsoever. I would have thought we would have put the likes of Wardrope and Donald out on loan by now to save a little cash/ get experience. Wardrope wasting away in the stand. We've needed a winger since the start of the season rather than playing Crawford and Harkins out of position and the fact our main attacking threat is a right back says it all. He signed McKenna who wasn't really needed when we now have Rose, Murphy and Meggatt who can't get a game. Rose is suddenly a future midfielder even though we have Docherty, Adams, Cairney, Crawford, Gilmour and Wardrope who can play there. Talking of Meggatt anybody any idea of what's happening with him?
