HibeeJibee
Whoever was asking about Rothes - that's them already 2-0 down after 6mins at BSCG. EDIT: 2-1 now though, the roof hasn't caved-in. Preston leading 1-0 now 2-0 at Nairn. Stirling Uni leading 1-0 at Clachnacuddin.
HibeeJibee
BBC don't seem to be covering ties, none shown as started. Halfhour mark and going by twitter EK-Vale is 2-1. Huntly 1-0 up at Girvan. Wick 1-0 at Dalbeattie. Fraserburgh 1-0 at Gala.
HibeeJibee
No official live updates AFAICS although a lot of clubs are tweeting and SFA are covering Turriff v Bonnyrigg. HibeeJibee
CSS 1-1 Hawick Things picked-up slightly for HL with Huntly winning at Girvan but still a poor afternoon and they have only 7 clubs into R2 compared to 10 clubs from LL. Leith Athletic the sole entrant left from the East of Scotland host Cumbernauld Colts of LL tomorrow. Monday's draw is apparently at Cove but they don't actually have a home so FN says Altens Hotel in Aberdeen:SPFL2 (10) Annan Athletic Arbroath Berwick Rangers Clyde Cowdenbeath Edinburgh City Elgin City Forfar Athletic Montrose Stirling AlbionLowland League (10) BSC Glasgow East Kilbride East Stirlingshire Gala Fairydean Rovers Gretna 2008 [Replay] Hawick Royal Albert / Civil Service Strollers Preston Athletic Spartans University of Stirling Whitehill WelfareHighland League (7) Buckie Thistle Brora Rangers Cove Rangers Formartine Utd Huntly [Replay] Lossiemouth / Forres Mechanics Wick AcademyJuniors (3) Banks o'Dee Beith Linlithgow RoseTBC (2) [First Tie] Leith Athletic (EOS League) v Cumbernauld Colts (Lowland League) [Replay] Bonnyrigg Rose Athletic (Juniors) / Turriff Utd (Highland League)

HibeeJibee
Stories of the day are LL v HL clashes - LL prevailing 5 wins to 1 - and winning margins for LL & HL leaders. Most other results went as expected - although credit to BoD for living up to forecast expectations.

NorthernLights
Was at Turriff today. I quite enjoyed the game. Bonnybrigg dominated the game but were 1-0 down late in the second half to a fantastic shot from outside the box. They soon equalised though and both teams had some chances towards the end to win it. The set up at Turriff is really good. They've clearly invested in their facilities. I took some pictures before the game but none during it as I bumped into a mate so was busy chatting during the match.
Sherrif John Bunnell
I was at Clach vs Stirling Uni - it was definitely 2-1. Clach were completely outplayed in the first half and deserved to lose. They scored a penalty and missed one as well.
Poet of the Macabre
Hope we finally get Stirling Uni vs Stirling Albion.
db11
Visited Turriff today and they have a cracking set-up, only about 250 at the game though and I reckon at least half were from Bonnyrigg. Can someone enlighten me where the money comes from for such a setup?

Am very impressed that William Hill/SFA went to all the bother of bringing along a replica of the Scottish Cup to this (at least I assume that's a replica) - it's a nice touch at what can easily be dismissed as an unimportant fixture, reinforcing the notion that anyone entering can (theoretically) win the Cup & moreover has the right to win the cup, not just the "big" clubs. For fans at the grassroots, it's important that those in charge show they're not merely there to make up the numbers for pools coupons & bookies lines.
