Scored a screamer in pre-season against Dundee United but it took him until April to score his first league goal. I believe his preferred position is behind the striker and he never really got to play there. Hope he does well if he goes to you, really sound guy. He played there for us in his first spell here and was pretty impressive. He made a couple of starts and looked decent. Definitely has ability but does not use it often enough. Would think he has pocketed another decent signing on fee & you will get some good days from him. Thom & Gerry Posted June 18, 2016 Share Posted June 18, 2016 Cameron is the best passer of the ball in the League IMO. Is versatile but best position is centre midfield. Great engine gets box to box and is a goal threat. How he is not playing at a higher leval is a mystery to me, probably due to location but not complaining. Was mentioned as being on the radar for some higher division clubs on twitter (and somewhere else on this thread) and just thought it wouldn't be out with the realms of possibility for us to be one of the clubs involved since we gave consideration to Whatley from Arbroath last season. No idea if there is an actual chance or not. Does sound like a player who hasn't had a shot at a higher level and was overlooked because of injuries in the past.
