You can't just keep signing player after player , doubt he knows his best team at the moment. Think its Rangers next Friday night , another tough game where it would be nice to take something but can't see it happening .

Jury out at the moment  ?????

seems to have decided from the start that he would focus his career on being a journeyman player

The guy is 23 and done absolutely nothing, nada, in his footballing career. I wonder if he actually knows how to play football. No doubt we'll find out on Friday night.

Have a bit of faith lads.  One of the posters on here, Cammy I think it was, said Kayode was a standout as a triallist in a recent bounce match.  Which means nothing of course, but let's see how the boy plays before we hound him.

What position does he play m77?

Right back, m10.

A position we sorely need to fill, m25.

Ooft.  You can see how LC's scattergun approach to recruitment could appeal to some boards but it just ain't working for now.

The wages spent on right backs could probably have brought inan experienced player at the position such as Ziggy Gordon and still have funds for a backup.

True, but in LC's slight defence, at least he's trying something.  And he's already stated his intent to farm a few of the playaz out on loan deals.  He freely admitted that he didn't expect all of his signings to hit the ground running.  Cobain, McFadzean and Webb of the permanent signings haven't played to their potential and may benefit from a 6 month loan deal.

On the plus side, Jones and Coulibaly look like genuine finds.

Time will tell.  One thing's for sure, being a Killie fan is never mundane.

Connor Brennan.. What's he like?

He's signing for us today apparently, to slot right in as first choice tomorrow( away to Tannadice) as our only 2 senior keepers on the books are both injured..

Good to see Gary cast the net wide as usual for signings.

Brennan was ok from what I saw of him. A solid enough back up choice for us should do a decent job in the championship if he gets a run of games.

Wouldn't of minded him being signed back up again for another season as No 2 to McDonald.

To be fair to him he didn't get much of a chance at RP and was just OK when he did play . His main plus point over McDonald was that he did come for crosses occasionally

He won't be given a run of games. He'll be 3rd choice when Cuthbert( only out for another week or 2) and Lennox( about a month) come back..

All I know is that he searches his own name on Twitter and takes issue with the negative ones. He reacted very badly to one of the very reasoned Kilmarnock posters on here saying he lacked stature, or confidence, or something along those lines.

He's too good a keeper to be 3rd choice in the Championship.
