And that's what happens as a much smaller, local promotion. Mark Dallas will have a semi at this news though as it means he'll be able to turn it into an ICW v WWE situation and garner even more interest in his show. Also, what's more likely is that someone signs to NXT, it gets announced at RAW and they have their final ICW match at F&L. Good business all round.
