another 7 - 0

truly what a waste of time

The players that Lothian have lost over the last couple of seasons because they wont move out of the EOS PUB league is staggering and they are still smashing the drivel that's left

2 team league with Leith again

The league hasn't started yet, but Tynecastle have been fourth three years in a row, won six of their last seven matches last season (only lost to Leith, while beating Lothian in that run), and the only teams that have been ahead of them in the league the last few seasons are Leith, Lothian and a couple of teams that are gone (one time each). Now they beat Leith in the EOS Qualifying League. Any league, no matter the quality, has favorites. But surely Tynecastle can not be counted out before a single game has been played,

I watched the Tynecastle v Leith game on Saturday and was impressed by Tynie. They appeared to be missing 3 or 4 of their starting 11 but were worthy winners against last years league champions. If Tynecastle had scored 3 or 4 it wouldnt have flattered them and would've probably been a fairer reflection on the game. Definitely expect them to challenge for the league this season
