I suspect that perhaps Budgie has put too much trust in certain people, they have let her down in some regards and she is having to take the flak as she is very much the public face of the club. It's now over two months behind schedule and still might not open on Sunday, though I suspect it will do given the work I know that's being done there today. Appointing Cathro, then Levein, tells us Hearts are far less competent than us which is a shame because they're a much bigger club than their city rivals, former Scottish Cup holders & play-off semifinalists, Hibs..
