Indeed - he's currently giving Ally McCoist a run for his money in the 'most useless second tier managers in history' stakes. On track for a third place finish, no doubt with a top-six Premiership wage bill. Instead they'll stick with his 'philosophy' for at least another year, which only adds to the amusement.
