My mate was at the Hydro gig and said it’s a load of baseless nonsense and folk were more likely leaving because his new material is utter shit.

He's been a drunk BNP uncle for years, that's not news. Him churning out inexorable shite for the past decade is beyond excusable however.

Tbf he’s been a lowkey racist ever since the beginning but luckily he had Johnny Marr crafting banging tunes for him to croon over so people didn’t pay as much attention.

Leaving because of the amount of LIHS tracks (good album IMO) and missing Everyday Is Like Sunday and the Irish Blood, English Heart encore is a poor call.

Theresa May claiming that tuition fees in rUK are too high!!!

Firstly; Duh.

Secondly; whose fault is it?

Not as bad as David Willets (coalition Universities minister) saying on the news earlier that scrapping the maintenance grants had made him feel "deeply uncomfortable." Aye, how noble of you to speak up a mere 6 years after you launched the policy.

Tuition fees are a nonsense, but it's the overhauling the maintenance loan/grant system is more important.

The Tories are running scared, if their right wing contingent cause a major government defeat over Brexit and/or May gets challenged they see the real possibility of a Labour government.  A government led by a guy they (and many of the rest of us) thought could never be PM.
