Jmothecat2
The Labour Party are an absolute joke. Conference could bring a level of scrutiny this shambles can't withstand.
NotThePars
Labour don't need to commit to a position on Brexit when they can just voice suggestions and Theresa May, a zombie PM kept in power purely to stop Corbyn taking de jure control of 10 Downing Street, will begin to put them in place.

Jmothecat2
Labour are fond of claiming to be the 'next party of government' which doesn't exactly ring true when you cannot even discuss the biggest political issue of this age. This is going to go down as one of the most significant moment in our political history and the main opposition party have decided the best stance at their own conference is silence. Our position still isn't clear, Corbyn's position still isn't clear, we seem to be changing our minds in order to have no fixed position and somehow appeal to remainers and leavers simultaneously whilst in reality pissing off both. It doesn't feel very democratic that momentum know this is an issue that their man doesn't come out well from so have decided to force through a decision where it doesn't come up. Absolute shambles.

Maybe Corbyn is of the opinion that no matter who is in government, the public will get pissed off with them eventually and vote them out. As there are only two parties who ever get elected, it's just a waiting game for Jezza and Labour. Maybe best to say nothing at all, than keep showing people how fucking awful you are.
Scary Bear
Some of the comments under Labour articles on Facebook have to be seen to be believed. There are a lot of crazies out there. Jmothecat2
Interesting to see delegates talking about Brexit a lot even if they can't actually vote on it.
Jmothecat2
This guy has turned up holding an EU flag. He's absolutely seething. The audience is split between people clapping him and literally booing and hissing him.
