Keep this thread for what's officially Off.

Put speculation/Qs in the "weather watch" thread pls..

Up North, already officially called off (frozen) on Friday morning:

Culter v FC Stoneywood
Dufftown v Hall Russell United
Inverness City v Bridge of Don Thistle

EDIT. More northerners being realistic by declaring on Friday:

Newmachar United v Fraserburgh United

Nairn St Ninian v New Elgin

The ground through this way is rock solid, that's lunchtime and it's still freezing hard outside, so with forecast saying it hasn't to be -2 through the night and most of tomorrow I'd say they've done the right thing in calling off the game.[/quote

Totally agree and I believe more clubs should be doing likewise.

Easthouses Lily v Kirkcaldy YM - off

Council have also put the local 3G pitch off as its frozen solid and dangerous too.

Forecast -6°C over night with tomorrow's high to be 2°C, not much thawing in that.

Can't see many games surviving in Midlothian - saying that Bonnyrigg have pitch covers which may make a difference for their Scottish Cup game.

Fair play to Bonnyrigg trying to do their bit to get game on with covers down but that might no work with temperature overnight, hoping its on cos might pop over if Lithgie game off.

Least there making an effort to put there covers down

If it makes you feel any better, we're not putting covers down because you're just not important enough. We think you're fuckin rank rotten and we'll deal with you after Forfar because you're a piece of piss. We absolutely want games off, we don't mind a backlog because we coped no bother last season, we're not that interested in the junior cup and if push comes to shove we'll just put out fringe players to keep our eyes on the main prize. Some of the covers are definitely not fucked, they would spread across the whole pitch even though they didn't last week when they were pristine and it won't be that cold anyway.

Just lift what you want from all of that and we'll see you all next weekend.
