Mattmc
Stranraer In - Willie Gibson returns after leaving Dumbarton by mutual consent. Good addition if he kind the same form he produced last season. Liam Dick - Loan extended until the end of the season. Not seen enough of him him to judge yet but, looks steady enough. Hopefully helps settle the back four. Luciano Nequecaur - Contract extended by 28 days. Wouldn't of been too bothered if he's moved on. Apparently one of the higher earners so would of been good to free up cash for someone else to come in. Out - Liam Rowan has contract terminated. Never kicked a ball for the first team. May have played an under 20s game but been injured a good bit of the time.
TAFKAC
Rowan played once for the first team. Away at Queens on the opening day, I think.
airdrieman
Airdrieonians: Out - Scott Smith (Dundee United) and George Hunter (St Johnstone) have both returned to their parent club after their loans expired. Neither are a big loss with contributing very little. It's two positions that we need improvement in but unfortunately these two were not the answer. Hopefully we can bring in a few more players. NewBlue
Out: Cammy Kerr returns to Dundee Scott Adams on Loan to Buckie Thistle In: Ally Gilchrist extends his loan to the summer from St Johnstone Don't think we will do much more than this but the manager did say he was looking to sign maybe another defender but doesn't want to use another loan player so will depend on if anyone is available. D'Jaffo
Out - Caldwell and Campbell. In - Stevo in for 28 day loan and may sign in for rest of the season. McCall said regarding transfers 2 in and 2 out. Not sure if this includes Stevo as well. Think Preston and Adams will sign and McCall will probably try to sign a replacement striker and centre half. Ins - David Ferguson and Dylan Mackin join on development loans from Motherwell until the end of the season. http://www.motherwel...irdrie-on-loan/ Ferguson is a defender and Mackin is a striker. We needed improvement in these positions so hopefully they can provide that. Now a midfielder please.

I doubt it. We've got plenty of strikers. Don't need a mediocre one taking up space.
HoBNob
We were rumoured to be after him right at the start of pre-season, was before we had Caldwell on trial, sure someone mentioned it. We don't have any money to buy any one out of a contract so it's a non starter.

Signing of Gibson probably paves the way for him to go. Not really had a fair chance until recently and has shown his worth the last few games. Would rather he stayed. Mattmc
What's the deal with McGuigan? Not getting a look in at Stranraer? Until recently the manager has struggled to find his best team. Played McGuigan up front and tried him wide also. Looks accomplished in both positions but, team underperformed for a good part of the season resulting in the manager tinkering with things. Played wide right the last few games and has been flying. Pace to burn and not scared to have a craic at goal. With the introduction of Gibson I can see McGuigan being used more as a forward. Wonder if we'd get money from the interested parties or if he can go for nothing?
son hawk
Aye, I'm thinking we could be doing with a striker. Was it not Aitken who was interested in him for Stranraer? No way we would pay a fee though.
