Cowden316
With the Scottish Football League season now officially over we may as well pitch up on the League One Forum with our Beach Towels and Bucket and Spade for our season ahead in League One aka The Seaside League. Hopefully we will have a new Manager announced shortly before we can really start discussing the playing side of things.

Cowden316
You can pitch up next week as that's when GTF day is. I bet you are scunnered from all the Fish and Chips at Arbroath,Peterhead,Stranraer and fed up building sandcastles on the beach for the past two seasons. Maybe Dunfermline could show us Cowden fans how to build good sandcastles as it's been a while as we have been playing the big team teams for the past three seasons Looking forward to coming to the big park playing the big team again next season In all seriousness looking forward to your lot bringing a good crowd to Central Park next season. Have you lot brought in any players?Your season ticket sales have been quite impressive Let the banter commence
The Blue Brasilion
Well the end of May and Monday the 1st of June has come and gone and still no word of a new manager. Whilst other sides have new managers in place and getting on with re-building their teams we are at a loose end. Hoping Dods/???? is unveiled soon so we can get cracking on with getting players tied down and seeking new players. Lastly hello to all in League 1. HoBNob
Awful appointment, managers who are a success at youth level should be approached warily. Managers who are a failure at youth level? Avoid unless there is literally no one else for the job. Genuinely reckon Cowdenbeath will be a good bet for relegation now depending if Stenny and Brechin can get there house in order
callum-ayr
A team who have just been relegated from the Championship and appointing an elderly striker as their player manager and it's their first senior job? Feel like it's been done before.

Results are largely irrelevant - which is clearly what you're basing it in. There's many more important factors. No reason why big Nish can't be a success. If you base someone purely on results in youth team football you're a bit of a simpleton.
