Very impressed with them a few years ago againat Greenock. Looks like they are taking the next step once again. Setup down there was fantastic and the people in the clubhouse were great. Quite simple, if you have money to spend, then spend it to make your team better. If your team doesn't, then stop whingeing about those who do and work with the resources you have.
