This may not be right, since it's complicated, but (from a Stranraer perspective)

Stranraer W W in last two games, Stranraer champions

Stranraer W D, Stranraer champions unless Forfar W W

Stranraer W L, Stranraer unless Forfar W W or W D/D W and improve their goal difference by more than 4 over us or by 3 and score 2 or more goals more than us over the last two games

Stranraer D W, Stranraer champions unless Forfar W W

Stranraer D D, Forfar champions if W W or if W D/D W and Morton D or L last match. If Morton W last match then Morton champions, unless Forfar's win is by 4 more goals than Morton's, which seems unlikely

Stranraer D L, Stranraer only champions if Morton L last game and Forfar don't W one of final two games.

Stranraer L W, Stranraer only champions if Morton L last game or D and our W is by one more than twice Morton's winning margin against us AND Forfar either don't W W or W D/D W and fail to improve their goal difference by more than 4 over us (or by 3 and end up scoring more goals than us)

Stranraer L D or L L and we can't be champions

So beat Morton next week and we just have to match Forfar's result on the last day. Draw and we can still win unless Forfar W W. Lose and we can only win the league if Morton fail to win their last game, Forfar lose at least one and possibly the goal difference goes for us!

And if we end up in the play-offs it would be against either Forfar or Morton unless there was a very unlikely sequence of results. (Brechin W W, we L L and Forfar L L or L D/D L and we fall behind both on goal difference.)

ETA happy for others to point out any errors, and for Forfar and Morton fans to comment on scenarios in the unlikely event that Stranraer lose next week

Not quite, still possible for Forfar to better whatever goal difference you finish on.

Still in Morton's own hands though - as it is for Stranraer.

Still also think Forfar's fixtures are more favourable, but happy to be where we are now!

Absolutely massive game for both teams whoever wins this will go on to win the league imo. If it ends a draw I can see Forfar seeing off Dunfermlime & Ayr to go on and win it.

I think we'll take a healthy crowd because Forfar dropped points today. If Forfar had won today we would've took no where near as much. Counting down the days to this, it can't come quick enough.

C'mon Morton!!!

It would be good if Dunfermline did us all a favour and beat Forfar before kick-off. Really nervous for this.

That would mean Stranraer were playing for the league title. No thanks.

Okay so you'd prefer forfar won?

I probably would, yes.

Forfar losing would give Stranraer a HUGE lift. I also don't think Forfar will better our goal difference if we win both our games so wouldn't be too concerned if they won.

Both teams must want Forfar to lose. Morton have to beat Stranraer to keep the title in their own hands. If they do, a Forfar loss or draw makes their task much easier on the final Saturday. And likewise for Stranraer.
