fan of the juniors Posted April 11, 2015 Author Share Posted April 11, 2015 We definitely have Adam Strain to thank - outstanding today, however we missed the two best chances of the match (McLean in first few minutes and Docherty in last minute - both one-on-one). Kilbirnie lacked a real goalscorer for me but as always used the ball nicely, maybe just not in dangerous enough areas. Missed the last chance as ma daughter hurt her ankle & we wanted to beat the rush. Agree with the lack of a goalscorer. Argushenrik Posted April 11, 2015 Share Posted April 11, 2015 Very good display by the Tin Pail today in horrendous conditions at Petershill the wind a definite spoiler, still vale got the ball on the deck and tried to pass whenever they could. Penalty for the second goal was a disgrace the benburb goalie had the ball in his arms before vale player went near him a gift to us from the referee to secure the game. Benburb looked like a team in free fall and created very little cannot remember an easier afternoon for JC in goal. Great result again this week.
