Dunfermline v Morton - Saturday 28th March 2015

Barrowman is another I'd remove from Duffy's 'not very good' signings. He seemed a decent signing at the time although it didn't work out. Unfortunately for Dunfermline he hasn't (yet) got the boost that a move can bring to a player. He seems to be continuing with his modest strike rate but I wouldn't count him out just yet.(particularly before Saturday - when he is bound to score) Forbes is looking like a good find by Duffy despite not setting the heather on fire at EEP.

Hindsight's a great thing among football fans.

Far too much sense for this forum or any for that matter.

He did seem like a decent signing, but not a very good one. He then went on to prove that not only was he not very good, he was in fact almost completely useless in a Morton shirt. Even if he does score against us, and even if he somehow finishes as top scorer, he wasn't a very good signing for us.

Wouldn't say he was completely useless. He did score 6 goals in 19 games for us, so just over 1 in 3.

very average yes, but we have had worse strikers in recent times.

He was indeed better for us than Toto, Cham or Simmonds. But again, that doesn't take much doing, and doesn't make him a very good signing. Although completely useless was probably a bit harsh - in the last couple of games Peaso's being doing his best to emulate Barrowman's performances for us...

Aye, carry on, just add Peaso to the other list with immediate effect. Plus he's injury prone - so that settles it. :unsure2:

3 in 15 in the league, which is 1 in 5 (and none in his last seven). He was largely ineffective in the league, his link up play was pretty poor as well. He started off ok, but just got worse as time went on. He's had 3 hamstring injuries in the last year out so, looked like all the quick movement had gone.

Seen Morton at EEP twice. Once when Weatherson scored an absolute beauty of a lob to give us a 1-0 win, and then the 2-1 win earlier in the season.

Getting a later winner in a shite game is always incredibly entertaining, so another one like that would be fine.
