C4mmy31
I will be absolutely seething if Storey goes to Killie on loan. No need... It won't happen, we simply don't have the cash to sign guys who's club will command a fee or contribution towards his wages

C4mmy31
Can't sign him if Boyd is still on loan Boyd was freed by County apparently on the 1st Jan, his loan move still counts thou, and as Hendrie was 21 when he arrived on loan from Burnley means we've used the 2 over 21's, allowed per season, already.... Boyd did score a lovely goal against Newcastle U23's this afternoon in a 3-1 Killie win. Other 2 scorers were Frizzel and Hawkshaw.

Dindeleux
storey turns down chance to go to killie on loan Don't blame him. Club is a mess (and that is not a reflection on Lee Clark from me as I'm still behind him).

The over 21s rule only applies to domestic loans, so Hendrie wouldn't count towards it.

D.V.T.
Experienced centre half is good news. Seems injury prone though.
C4mmy31
Posted by a guy on the Killie FC forum who has watched the lad on a regular basis...Evening all, Glasgow-based Wimbledon fan here. Just wanted to pop in to say that if you can keep him fit, you've made a cracking signing here.He was very well regarded at Bristol City in League 1 before getting injured. By the time he recovered, they were in the Championship, which was a step too far for him.Took a step down to League 2 to join us on loan, played 20-odd games and really looked the part before breaking his leg.Having watched a lot of League 1/2 in England and SPL, I'd say most of L2 is comparable to most of the SPL, and this is bourne out by respective budgets and player-flow between the two countries' leagues (e.g. our 4th choice striker Azeez going to Thistle, 2 lads from Accrington to Rangers, Zander Diamond in Northampton's L2-winning team, Paddy McCourt at Luton). Fit and on form, he's far too good for L2 in England, so should do very well for you.All the best!
craigkillie
The English League 2 is a pile of steaming shite, as can be ascertained from the make up of the Plymouth squad currently looking like promotion certainties. I'm hoping he has a bigger impact on Scottish football than Ade Azeez, Zander Diamond or Paddy McCourt tbh.
Ludo*1
That guys review as CraigKillie alluded to is a pile of shite. Our top flight is miles ahead of league 2. His argument is basically like me saying Charlie Adam flopped at Rangers but has been very good in the Premier League therefore you can see we are a stronger league. Complete nonsense.

It'll transpire that he has the same agent as Barr, Connelly, Addison etc, etc. Obviously though, I wish the boy every success. Even if he does have a girls name. cilitbang
Imagine how many players/duds Lee Clarke could spunk £500,000 on! Will be fun to watch (even if it's a higher bid accepted)

Edging us ever closer to MJ's (&Moffat's really, let's be honest) 2019 payday. Selling Kiltie in the summer is probably next on the agenda.
