Soul jazz/jazzfunk/rare groove/boogie whatever you want to call it. Roy Ayers Uno Melodic label was excellent would highly recommend the compilation that has been released from it. I have the Sylvia Striplin on the 45Also Joe Batan is playing live at ssw5 If peeps like this kinda stuff I'll be playing this at Lebowskis Bar in Edinburgh every 2nd Friday or so. My set is 5 to 9 with Yogi doing 9 till 1. He's on every week I'll be the guest fortnightly or so. 90% of my stuff is vinyl only. Come and say hello.
