Hawk89
Anyone else with a Coral account? Is it normal for them to take a few days to credit accounts with their winnings? (not talking about withdrawing money from account) Every other bookie I've used usually attaches the money to your account within an hour or two,

It would take at least a day for your account balance to be updated, so much so that i stopped using them, now i mainly use Bet365, i find them a better service online overall.
welshbairn
McBookies pay out minutes, sometimes seconds after the results, with a short delay sometimes for non league.
Parscelona
I had the same issue, yet when i logged out and logged back in my balance was updated.
Hawk89
I had the same issue, yet when i logged out and logged back in my balance was updated. Cheers tried logging back in there and it appears to have worked, took 3 or 4 attempts to get their withdrawal page to load correctly....think I might just ditch them as they seem to have a pretty buggy website.
throbber
Had this with Coral - joined them to make use of a free bet a few months ago i think if you deposited a tenner you got twenty for free so i put the tenner in and put 2 five pounds coupon in. The 20 free bet was there but one of the 5 pound coupons came in for about 75 quid so i tried to withdraw it and then they informed me that i needed to send them proof of age and address!! Took a few days after to process and i sent them a stinking email, funny how they don't ask for anything when your giving them your money
Loki
You better get used to Bookies asking for you to fully identify yourself as it is a requirement of the amended gambling law recently passed. They really should do it before you even place a bet, but generally ask only if you win. They have to do this more often as part of their operator's license. I find Coral's website to have difficulty loading the account page, but I use google chrome and it worked fine when I used Explorer. I find that they take a day or two longer than Bet365 or Sky Bet for the money to hit your account. I haven't found them slow to settle bets, but as previously stated I only use Explorer on their site now and it seems to work better.
throbber
I suppose people probably don't want to have to wait a few days to make a bet but it still comes across as dick ish when they only ask for proof of age when your withdrawing from them I still don't like Coral

I don't like Coral either I just signed up for their free bet. Used them for a week and haven't used them since. I don't like their site either. Especially since I have to switch to Explorer (which I hate even more) to use it properly.

They also said we had a casino balance of 20 when we joined there and i don't know where it went? I bet all 20 of our free money on a 1/3 chance and thought we might be the winnings at least but no idea where the casino money went it just wasn't there They still docked me around so i don't use them. Same goes for betfair.... b*****ds PaddyPower i like

I've just signed up to a Coral connect card where you can collect your winnings in the shop instead of waiting for it to go into your bank account.
